Background:
Grew up in Evaelon, yet she spent most of her time with her great grandfather with the moon elves for half of her life. She came back to Evaelon to learn of the ancient secrets of her family and to learn governing duties to be the next queen when the time had come. The Nčnar elves have the distinctive trait of long ebony hair, icy blue eyes, and auras that can put one into dreams—either good or bad.
Ceria's mother and sister were captured by orcs and tortured to death. Bodies were found not too far from the home city of Evaelon; this launched a war. Many elves had died in the battle, but they were victorious. Became friends with Jael during her ambassador duties. She secretly has a liking for him.
